Machine Quilting Connection's Return and Credit Policy
If you need to return merchandise, for any reason, you will need to contact us to obtain a return authorization number. Pantograph patterns are not returnable. All items returned must be in the original packaging and able to be resold. The following terms and conditions apply to returned merchandise:
Items returned within 30 days will be credited to the credit card they were charged on less a 10% restocking charge. If the returned items were paid for by check, we will refund the money with our check for the item amount charged less a 10% restocking charge.
Items returned after 30 days will be subject to a invoice credit which may be used to purchase other items (less a 20% restocking charge).
No refunds will be made after 30 days and only exchanges will be accepted.
Shipping and handling charges in both directions are never refunded or credited.
