What credit cards do you accept?
Online orders can be paid for using only Visa and Mastercard credit cards. If you call in your order to us...we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. Your order can be placed either way, whichever is most convenient for you. We also accept PayPal as an option...please contact us if you prefer to use PayPal. Orders are generally shipped the same day it is placed.
How do you ship your orders?
Our orders are generally sent through the United States Postal Service unless otherwise requested. Most orders that go through the USPS are sent priority mail but some do go parcel post, just depending on the items being purchased. If you have any questions or are in a rush to get a particular item, just contact us and we will work with you to figure out the best way to get your order to you.
What if my order has an item backordered?
We apologize if an item is backordered and mostly it is due to circumstances out of our control. However, if you have an item that is backordered...we will notify you via email and let you know. Once we receive the backorder, we will send it to you at no additional charge. Backorders are a priority to us...once we receive inventory that people are waiting for, we send it out the same day we receive it.
What is the difference between the L and M bobbins?
The L Bobbin is small and the M is an oversize bobbin. The KQ622 uses the L bobbin and the rest of the KenQuilt line uses the M bobbins.
Do you sell wholesale?
We are a retailer only and we don't have wholesale rates.
Do you have a retail store?
Yes we have a retail store in Kechi, KS which is a suburb north of Wichita, KS. For your convenience, you can shop online 24 hours a day or if you are in the area or passing through Kansas, please stop and visit us in our store.
Do you carry and stock needles?
We do carry and stock needles however, we do not have them listed on our website. Please call our office for the current needle size your machine requires.
